1 General Terms and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all services and activities on the vip bit platform. By accessing the vip bit website or app, opening an account, or using any service, the user is considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

These Terms are available in both English and Bengali; in the event of any conflict, the Bengali version shall take precedence. vip bit reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and users will be duly notified of any changes.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

3 Account Security and Responsibility

Each user is personally responsible for keeping their account login credentials — username, password, and OTP — completely confidential.

• Passwords must not be shared with anyone.
• The account holder bears full responsibility for all activity on the account.
• If unauthorised access is suspected, the support team must be notified immediately.
• Users are advised to avoid logging in on public computers or shared devices.

vip bit will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised third-party access if the user has shared their password or access credentials with another person.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Accepted methods for depositing funds into vip bit are bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

When making a deposit, the user must ensure they are using a mobile number registered in their own name and linked to their verified account. Deposits from another person's mobile wallet are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the mobile wallet number registered to the account.

Withdrawals may be held if account verification has not been completed. Withdrawals may be partially restricted until any active bonus wagering requirement is fulfilled.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

All bonus offers from vip bit are provided under specific conditions. It is each user's responsibility to read the relevant terms carefully before claiming a bonus.

For the welcome bonus: a 150% bonus on the first deposit is available, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. A 15x wagering requirement must be completed before the bonus amount can be withdrawn. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making a total balance of ৳2,500; before withdrawing, ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered.

• Each user may participate in each promotion only once.
• Multiple bonuses may not be active at the same time unless the terms explicitly state otherwise.
• vip bit reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.
• If bonus misuse is found, the relevant amount will be forfeited.
• Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.

Bonus funds are not the same as real money — they can only be used for playing and become withdrawable only after the specified wagering requirement is met.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

Specific rules apply to every game and bet on vip bit. Users should familiarise themselves with the rules and payout structure of the relevant game before playing.

6.1 Validity of Bets

vip bit may void bets placed during a technical fault or system outage, or bets placed due to incorrectly displayed odds. In such cases, the original stake will be returned.

It is prohibited for the same individual, or members of the same household, to use multiple accounts to bet on the same event.

6.3 Determining Results

For sports betting, the official result from the relevant sports body is considered final. For casino games, the result produced by the game software is final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vip bit platform, and if any of them are detected, the account will be closed immediately:

• Money laundering or use of illegally obtained funds.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Bonus misuse or applying bonus arbitrage strategies.
• Hacking, phishing, or attempting unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Registering or transacting using another person's identity.
• Fraud involving payment methods or making chargeback claims.
• Creating an account for someone under 21 years of age or operating one as a third party.

All winnings obtained through prohibited activities will be forfeited, and the relevant authorities may be notified if necessary.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

vip bit may temporarily suspend an account during an investigation for any of the following reasons:

• Identity verification or KYC process has not been completed.
• Suspicious transactions or betting patterns are detected.
• At the user's own request.
• Breach of these Terms.

If a user wishes to close their account, they can contact the support team via live chat or email. If any valid balance remains at the time of closure, it will be returned after verification. However, any active bonus balance is non-refundable.

9 Intellectual Property
